INSTRUCTIONS

The eye pillow exerts gentle pressure on the eyelids, stimulating the vagus nerve (the main balancer of the parasympathetic nervous system), sending calming messages down the back of the neck to the shoulders and chest, heart and stomach; giving the mind and body permission to relax – to let go.

A slightly cooled eye pillow has added benefits.  Place your eye pillow in the fridge, preferably in a sealable bag so that it does not absorb other scents. A cooled eye pillow can be very helpful for tension headaches and migraines
