Shipping Policy
Lily Rose Indulgence prides ourselves in providing you the best service possible every time.

We ensure all orders are dispatched 2 business days (exceptions to this will be bulk, wholesale & some corporate orders) from our warehouse in Dayboro QLD.
You are provided with a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Shipping costs

• Standard Delivery – $15
• Express Delivery (next day dispatch) – $20

 Australia post is our preferred courier.

Lily Rose Indulgence holds no accountability for loss of items or damage during transit and by purchasing via the web site the customer agrees to these terms and Conditions. Once parcels have left Lily Rose Indulgence and are lodged with Australia Post the customer agrees responsibility lies with the shipping Company and not Lily Rose Indulgence.

Order confirmation via email
As soon as you placed an order via our website, you will receive a confirmation email. This is system generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us via our contact form or email hello@lilyroseindulgence.com.au immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking plus applicable postage rates.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly, plus any relevant delivery details.
