Free Shipping for all orders over $75.00.
If you require express post you pay the additional $2.95 per parcel.
Australia post is our preferred courier.
Presently deliveries are taking longer than normal and with Christmas so close we will post all deliveries Express.

Lily Rose Indulgence holds no accountability for loss of items or damage during transit and by purchasing via the web site the customer agrees to these terms and Conditions. Once parcels have left lily Rose Indulgence are lodged with Australia Post the customer agrees responsibility lies with the shipping Company and not Lily Rose Indulgence.
For all items over $100 you will be given the opportunity at check out to buy extra cover if your item is delayed, lost or damage via Australia Post.

Order confirmation via email
As soon as you placed an order via our website, you will receive a confirmation email. This is system generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us via our contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking plus applicable postage rates.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly, plus any relevant delivery details.
We have stock readily available so you can be assured you will receive your item in time for Christmas. Due to the busy Christmas period the delivery may be a little later than usual. We are taking Christmas orders up until 19th December.
